Serenity Center

Approached by a local non-profit organization and in collaboration with a developer, the project was to design a 3150 SF home. Its purpose was to provide housing to older members of the community and act as a safe space for them to live, worship, and meet freely with their families. It involved converting an existing 3/2 single story home into a 6/4 with communal dining, family gathering spaces, and outdoor access that would connect to the local place of worship.
