Condo renovations 1 + 2

Working directly with an esteemed architect with decades of experience, the project involved the renovation of two separate condominium units for the same client within the City of Sunny Isles. This required extensive field surveying, several on-site visits throughout the construction process, drafting and compiling construction documents, working alongside the client's interior designer, and coordinating with city officials, the general contractor and the MEP engineers.
